These days people are finding it harder and harder to detach from their phones during meals, which was why Dixie wanted to help people connect in person by taking mealtime to places where phones don’t work at all: cellular dead zones. We created pop-up diners located at three cellular dead zones at iconic locations in Los Angeles. Drawing inspiration from classic diners, we developed a identity and design system that was applied to each of our unique locations.
